March is already almost over! How crazy is that? I can't let the month end without telling you all what we received in our March Pet Treater box! FYI, this month I think I received an incomplete box. I started getting suspicious when I noticed that I didn't receive the normal inserts that tell you what the theme of the box is. I did some quick googling and came across this review and found that not only did I not receive the box inserts, but it looks like my box is missing a few items as well.
So apparently this months theme is "Kiss me, I'm Cute". Right off the bat, to get it over with, I'll tell you that based on that review that I linked to above I didn't receive this month's Pet Treater for your human item, which looks like it was some kind of ear warmers. We also didn't receive the big Exclusively Dog cookie that it looks like other people got.
Normally getting a subscription box that's short a few items would probably be disappointing but I have to say that even without the items mentioned above, I was happy with this month's box. That's saying a lot! I'm sure Pet Treater is probably good about fixing this sort of issue but honestly I didn't bother contacting them about it.
Here's a look at what we did receive...
Two large things of treats! We got a big box of Exclusively Dog mini grahams treats as well as a bag of Dingo Market Cuts Farm Bites. Both types of treats are made in the USA. My dogs both love the graham treats. They are easy to break into pieces so I've been using them as training treats. Kit can't eat the Market Cuts because of his food allergies but Fen likes them.
We also received two new toys - an adorable Petlou turtle and a Hoot, Tug 'n Squeak Bird by Bow Wow Pet. Both toys are really cute and my boys have been enjoying them. Kit seems to prefer the turtle, which he has been carrying around the house. Fen prefers the bird, most likely because it resembles a ball with rope sticking out and he's obsessed with balls. The toys in this month's box worked out really well - one for each of my dogs.
Lastly we received a Nature's Miracle flashlight/poop bag dispenser and batteries to run it. This item especially will come in handy. Chris and I often take the boys out late or, especially when it comes to Fen, early in the morning, so the flashlight should eventually come in handy. Anyone with dogs, especially multiple dogs, knows that you can never have enough poop bags! The dispenser is cool since my usual method of carrying poop bags is to just shove as many of them as possible into my pockets.
And there you have it! A great box, I'd say, even without the human gift and large dog cookie. We review boxes designed for small dogs. There are other sizes available, and prices start at just $19.00 per box depending on what payment plan you select. Not sold on Pet Treater based on this month's box? Don't forget that Pet Treater really helps to spread the love! For every box purchased, Pet Treater donates a bed, toy, or blanket to a shelter dog or cat (I suppose cats need love too 😉 ). The code FREE-PTBED can still be used to get a free pet bed if you are starting a new 3, 6, or 12 month subscription.
We received our Pet Treater box for free in exchange for our honest review. As always, we only share items we feel will be of interest to our readers. This post contains affiliate links.
