I'm alive - Well, for the most part. Around the end of the week last week I started feeling really run down. It had been a pretty busy week, so I originally thought that maybe I had just overdone things a bit. I figured, since the weekend was coming, that I'd have plenty of time to relax and unwind after my busy week. ...continue reading "Of Pets and the Flu"
I feel like lately I may be giving the false impression that Kit has turned into a lazy old man. He turned 8 last month, and I know that recently I've mentioned his arthritis. That coupled with the fact that a majority of the pictures I've posted of him lately are just of him laying down relaxing, I can see why people might assume that he's left his hyper, playful days behind him. ...continue reading "Kit’s Still Got It"
Despite often being thought of as low maintenance cage pets, rabbits actually require a good amount of exercise, both physical and mental, to be happy. Happy 2016! I hope everyone had a fun and safe new year's eve, and that your 2017 is off to an awesome start. The pack and I had a rather mellow new year's eve this year. The dogs' dad and I stayed home and spent a majority of our night snuggled up with the dogs on the couch. We made it past midnight without falling asleep, at least, although I can't say the same for Kit and Fen. ...continue reading "2016: Our Year in Review"
The amazing Mr.Kitsune is our Yuletide puppy. He was born very early in the morning on December 26th, 2008. Had he been born a few hours earlier, his birthday would have been on Christmas. I've always liked that his birthday is the day after, though. Christmas is fun, but it's always a bit sad when it's over. Being able to look forward to celebrating Kit's birthday the day after softens the blow of having to wait another 365 days before Santa visits again. ...continue reading "Happy 8th Birthday, Kitsune"
